HAMPTON ACADEMY & WHS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION MEETING

Although the Hampton Academy & Winnacunnet Alumni Association has been in existence since 1907, it nearly dissolved in 2012. A core group of alumni joined forces and have worked to revitalize the organization. Together, they have met monthly and made some major enhancements to the organization such as obtaining a non-profit 501c3 status, creating a set of by-laws, organizing a solid board of trustees with a slate of officers, increasing the visibility in the community, establishing the annual WHS Young Alumni Networking Fair, and organizing fundraising events to fulfill their new goal of awarding two $1000 renewable scholarships each June to children of alumni.
The Winnacunnet High School Alumni Association is actively seeking alumni who would like to get involved in the newly revitalized group. They meet the 3rd Tuesday of each Month at Winnacunnet in the Principal’s Conference Room B 108 at 6:30 pm.
