Application for Free or Reduced Lunches

You can apply for assistance with breakfasts and lunches at any time of year. If your circumstances change just fill out the Application for Free or Reduced Lunch and return it to your food service director. As always, this information is confidential.

Cheese burger or black bean veggie burger, garden salad

Tuesday
Whole grain chicken nuggets or fish sandwich, brown rice, steamed veggies

Wednesday
American chop suey or vegetarian chop suey, carrots, garlic bread

Thursday
Homemade enchilda pie w/ beans, cheese and salsa, coleslaw

Friday
homemade pizza w/assorted toppings, chef’s choice of salad

Salad of the Week: spinach w/egg and cheese

Sandwich of the Week: Cuban – Swiss, ham, turkey, mustard


Week of Feb 20, 2012

Monday
Hat Day –at the ballpark with hot dogs or veggie dogs, fries and Caesar salad

Tuesday
Holiday – almost Thanksgiving with open faced turkey sandwich, mashed potatoes, peas and cranberry or stuffed acorn squash

Wednesday
Hawaiian day – barbecued rib sandwich, fruit salad, sweet potato casserole w/ pineapple Or stuffed sweet potato

Thursday
Formal Day – baked ham, baked potato w/ sour cream, fresh broccoli or Broccoli and red pepper strata

Friday
Class Colors Day with what else but pizza w/assorted toppings and Chef Ed’s choice of creative salad. Some things you just don’t mess with!

Salad of the Week: fruit salad w/ lowfat cottage cheese

Sandwich of the Week: turkey BLT sub ( upon request)


Made to order deli line offers ham, turkey and roast beef sandwiches with a choice of cheese, lettuce and tomato. A fourth ‘salad’ sandwich is offered alternating between egg salad, tuna salad, and chicken salad.

The ready to go line offers Caesar salad, garden salad with tuna, turkey and roast beef sandwiches with lettuce and cheese, sunflower seed butter and jelly sandwiches, and fruit and yogurt parfaits. An additional salad and sandwich are added on a weekly basis.

The hot line changes daily, with two offerings, one of which is always vegetarian.

At lunch, all entrees come with a side salad, and choice of two from milk, juice or fruit. Breakfast entrees are accompanied by choice of two from milk, juice or fruit. We encourage students to choose these healthy options to get the most balanced and economical meal.
