Senior Calendar

Exams Blocks 2 & 4

Graduation Rehearsal- All seniors MUST be present
Rehearsal will begin promptly at 8:00 am in the Dining Hall.

Information sheet: Commencement 2012

Parents and students may visit the school’s personal commencement web page anytime prior to graduation to place their order(s). Following the ceremony, each student will receive a personal email notification indicating that their proofs are available for viewing/ordering. Additionally, he or she may order by using the proof sheet that will be mailed home. A customer service email address and phone number are provided in the event that they have ordering questions.


We have extras of some old yearbooks if you would like to purchase one, see Mrs. Harris:

  • 2011 - only a few available - $70
Check the lists outside of room E104 - some of you never picked up your yearbooks for 2009 - 2010 or 2011!


401 Tavern

Support the Class of 2012 by dining at the 401 Tavern, Monday April 16 through Wednesday April 18 during lunch or dinner. Tell your server you are dining for WHS and all proceeds of these three days will help support the senior class.

Chem Free 2012

This year the Chem Free Committee will be hosting a golf tournament to raise money for the Chem Free events following graduation. The tournament has been scheduled for Saturday, May 12, 2012 at Pease Golf Course - so save the date now! Download the Golf Tournament Registration Form for more information.

The WHS Class of 2012 Chem Free committee will be hosting a few restaurant nights in March at Chili's in Seabrook (Thursday, March 1st, 8th and 15th). Please come out to support the fundraising efforts to make Chem Free a memorable event this year! You will need to bring a flyer with you in order for 10% of the proceeds to benefit the class - Chili's Flyer. We are also hosting a restaurant night at Ocean Wok on Hampton Beach on March 27th. Mark your calendars! Thank you for your support!

Students who wish to participate in the Chem free activities should turn in their orange consent forms along with their payment of $35 into the front office ASAP? (posted 5/17/12)


2010-11

Student Schedules for 2011-2012

The Student Schedules for 2011-2012 were distributed on June 6. These schedules are draft schedules and are subject to change due to administrative decisions which may arise over the summer. This is the only schedule students will receive prior to August 30.

Junior Prom 2011

Prestige Portraits by Lifetouch has a special online password-protected website that allows both students and parents the opportunity to view, and purchase images captured at an event. Photos will be uploaded to Lifetouch's Internet-based website: www.lifetouchevents.com then insert the assigned pass code which is: WHSJR11

Images will be available approximately 3 working days after scheduled event. Photo prints ordered will be mailed directly to the purchaser thus our prom advisors are not responsible for distribution. Other photos that were taken by the yearbook staff will be available on Shutterfly.


2009-10

Ms. Trahan and Ms. Turcotte would like to thank all 2012 council members for their participation this year. As advisors we are especially proud of the council’s dedication to community service. This group not only created the first volunteer night but have many other big hearted ideas in the works for future service projects.

The class of 2012 had amazing success fundraising with Yankee Candles! The class had 130 students take their sales skills to the streets and sold almost 12,000 dollars worth of candles and profited 5000 dollars from those sales.

We are hoping for similar results next year with our cookie dough fundraiser starting September 2. Class of 2012, please continue your enthusiasm, we can’t wait till next year!

2012 T-shirts will be on sale the first week of school. T-shirt design TBA. Get your school spirit early! See Ms. Trahan, Ms. Turcotte, or any of the council members to purchase a t-shirt.

Members of you class have brought great ideas to our meetings.

Our next opportunity is…January 29th Parent Conference Night

Community Service:
The custodians could use an extra hand to clean up the school before parents arrive for conferences. We will be cleaning from 2:45 pm-5 pm. These hours can be used towards Community Service-See Ms. Petrou for the paper work.

Fundraising:
We will be selling refreshments during parent conferences. We will need students to sell refreshments from 4:45 pm-8:15 pm

Attend our next meeting to sign up for any of these events or bring new ideas to the council!
