2013 Prom on Saturday, May 18th
Grand March Limo Parking
Grand March limousine instructions: Limos may not park along Ocean Blvd during the Grand March. After dropping off prom-goers, they need to park in the town lot on Ashworth Avenue. Limos may return to Ocean Blvd to pick up students once they have completed their Grand March or simply have the students walk to their cars in the parking lot. Another alternative is for students to pay to park the limos closer to the Seashell, so they won’t have to walk to the parking lot on Ashworth Ave.
Grand March will begin at 5:30 at the Seashell down on Hampton Beach. Please arrive to line up between 5-5:15. The sooner you line up, the sooner you get to head on your way.
Prom will be at the Frank Jones Center in Portsmouth, 7:00. Please do not arrive prior to 7:00 because you will not be allowed in early. Doors open at exactly 7:00.
Parent Volunteers: We need help setting up decorations at the Frank Jones Center on Friday, May 17th from 3-5. Pizza and refreshments will be provided.
We need help setting up the Grand March at the Seashell on Saturday, May 18th, at 1:30. Set up should not take more than 30-45 minutes.
We need help taking down the decorations after prom, beginning at 11:00. This should not take more than 30-45 minutes.
