Covid Vaccine for Students

Winnacunnet High School will offer a vaccine clinic for any/all high school students who live within SAU 21 age 16 or older at the Winnacunnet High School gymnasium on Friday, May 7th (first dose) and Friday, May 28th (second dose). The Hampton Falls Fire Department will lead the clinics and administer the Pfizer vaccines. All high school students who live in Hampton, Hampton Falls, North Hampton, Seabrook, and South Hampton are eligible to receive the vaccine at WHS regardless of which high school they attend (Winnacunnet full in-person, hybrid, full remote/ Amesbury/ private school/ charter/ homeschooled). The clinic hours will span beyond the school day so as to allow access to students who do not attend Winnacunnet or are not in-person at the time of the clinic. Please complete the survey previously sent to families by today, April 22nd or contact your building administrator. For those students who will participate in the clinic, there will be a consent form that parents will be required to complete for students ages 16-17. Students who are age 18 may complete their own consent forms.

If your student has an appointment prior to May 7th, we recommend keeping that appointment. If the dates of the Winnacunnet clinics are not convenient for your family, parents/ guardians may make appointments for teens age 16+ via the online system at https://www.vaccines.nh.gov/.
