Where: Dining Hall

On October 4th, from 5:30-7:30PM in the Winnacunnet High School dining hall, SAU 21 will be hosting a “Portrait of a Learner” visioning process to inform our strategic planning efforts.  This process will require genuine input from district administrators, building administrators, teachers, students, families, community leaders, and business leaders.  Our vision, developed throughout the course of this year, will guide school operations and pedagogy around a collective outcome for all students.  This work is an integral part of the NEASC process that we are currently engaged in.

To accomplish this goal, we need your voice and thoughts on what it means for our students to be college, career, and life ready.  We will identify the essential or transferrable skills to be successful after high school, and a continued commitment to supporting the whole child in ways that go beyond test scores.

If you are interested in participating in the event, please RSVP using this Community Forum Sign-Up Form to assist in our planning. We will be providing door prizes for those who register in advance, however doors will be open for walk-ins.  We will provide dinner and activities for small children. Middle and high school students will be encouraged to participate along with their families in the visioning process.

Thanks in advance for your participation and we look forward to engaging in this process with the community. If you have any questions in the meantime, please feel free to reach out to Dave Hobbs at dhobbs@sau21.org.
