Summer School

Winnacunnet summer session will be held 7/1-7/24 with no school on July 4th.

The summer session meets Monday-Thursday 8:30-11:30am

Students can attend recovery classes in English, math, science, social studies or physical education or get assistance completing No Credit assignments in the core subjects. Students considering summer school should consult with their guidance counselor.

Summer SAT Prep Class

Are you nervous about taking the SATs? Are you trying to improve your SAT scores to get into that favorite college? Come join us for a 1-week SAT prep class in July!

Classes are at WHS as part of the summer school program and co-taught by Mrs Goupil (Math) and Ms. Mullen (English). The class is $125 and it will come with an SAT prep book. Recommended for students entering their junior or senior year.

There are two options for the course (both math and english are covered together in each week) and each meets from 8:30am to 11:30am:

Option 1 July 14th – 17th
Option 2 July 21th – 24th

Sea to Summit

Winnacunnet is proud to invite incoming freshmen from the class of 2029 to participate in the acclaimed Sea to Summit summer program. 8th and 9th grade students from SAUs 21 and 90 are all welcome in this unique opportunity. The program provides a strong academic and social introduction to high school that is focused on unforgettable experiences that improve problem-solving skills, literacy, and collaboration.
